Camera Black problem Camera black problem

I have been facing this strange kind of problem for a while now. Sometimes when i open my camera, it is completely black and then i have to restart my phone. The camera starts to work but then next day or the same day if i open my camera? it is black again and then i have to restart my phone again.

I recently updated to LolliPop 5.0.1 and i thought i will get rid of this problem but i was wrong.

Anyone else is having this problem on Note 4? Can somebody help me to solve my problem?

This happened to me once, but then it never happened again. And it wasn't actually black, it looked black, and when I pointed it at a light source, it was just really really really dark. Hopefully it doesn't happen again, but it's been like over two months, and no repeating issue.

Not good. I notice when I try to go back to my gallery via camera little square window, my camera goes black and not to the gallery. Bugs me a lot.
