Camera features removed from Note 4 &5

The picture in picture feature isn't available on note 4 &5 as it is on note 3. Also best face (group) and best face (single) are not options in Mode of camera. WHY? WHY?

They were removed from the camera to slim down the features but you should be able to download them from the Galaxy Apps Store.
