camera flash keeps flashing when recieving calls

hi
i have a galaxy s8 and my flash keeps flashing when recieving calls even though i didnt turn on flash notification, it just suddenly started flashing,i changed the ringtone and turned camera flash notification on and off again and still no luck.
does anyone know what is happening??

Go to your Accessibility settings and confirm that it is not activated.
If it persists, boot into safe mode. If it is gone, then you have installed an app which is doing it and you will need to go through your apps settings. Recommend that you start with the most recently downloaded apps.

I went through the apps and everything seems fine ,is there anything else i can do ?
