I don't know how many users can only use ONE hand when using their Pixel 6. I can only use my left hand.
That's not too much of a problem except for using the Camera. Until now, I've had to resort to GOOGLE ASSISTANT and it's voice commands like, TAKE A PICTURE or TAKE A SELFIE, to avoid camera shake.
I found that if you hold the phone UPSIDE DOWN, the shutter button is now at the TOP, within reach of my finger. To my surprise, the photos don't need to be rotated. I can now easily take photos with ease and NOT shake.
Not sure all of this is common knowledge, but FYI.

Interesting, going to try this.

Edit.
Well I'll be damned.
Thanks. Double edit.
Works with selfie too.

Have you tried using the volume button to trigger the shutter?

Try holding phone in left hand and press volume button ... upside down trick is a great one to know.

I know the volume button triggers the shutter, but holding the phone upside down makes the normal shutter button easier to press.

I thought everyone knew the camera app rotated with the screen, guess this is why we shouldn't assume things. Lol

Also, if the very act of pressing the shutter release tends to make the phone shaky, you can also set the timer for 3 seconds, so that after you press the shutter release, you have time to make sure the phone is steady when the shot is taken. I usually do that for group selfies.

Right. I've been using Assistant and timer, with the Camera since Pixel 3. That feature was used to take all my pictures. Without it, I would be lost. Turning the camera upside down allows me to take a quick photo because I can touch the shutter easily with my only functional left hand.
