I'm a newbie in using android, but for sure no newbie in using, administerring or configuring any other OS. After MS stopped the service for Skype on Win10 mobile I changed to am android mobile and now I've to learn that the camera is not allowed pictures. The error massage (tranlsated from German, the original English version may differ) says:
"Camera Error: This app can't be run because of missing authorisations. Please check the settings for authorisations."
Of course I did to find out that the camera has got the permissions to this four apps: Photos, Camera, QR scanner and Skype.
Although I set the permissions for all other apps (Google, Telephone, Maps, etc.) as well my new mobile is not able to take photos.
What's my mistake? Thanks a lot for any help
