Camera not connecting after Verizon ota

Anyone else encountering the message "unable to connect to camera" after accepting the Verizon ota?

It's happened often especially after I've taken a lot of shots or been multitasking with one of the apps being the camera. No clue on solution

Yeah, happens to me on occasion, post 4.0.4. Doesn't seem to happen if I back out of the camera app every time, happens a lot if I multitask or go direct to camera from lockscreen.
