Camera not working?

[AC Question]

Hey guys! So randomly my HTC one Mini 2 phone LED wont turn off. There are no notifications or System updates needed but it is affecting my Camera.
Whenever I try to use it, it closes straight away then wont re-open. It is also stopping me from being able to send photos to other people via whatsapp or text.

Please help!!!

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about the notification LED, or the camera flash LED?
