Camera not working

[AC Question]

Whenever i open camera it shows a crying android mascot picture and it closes automatically. Even third party camera apps are also not working properly.. i have performed factory reset but still the problem remain.

is your warranty void ? did something happen to your phone ? crash or something ? as I think it's a hardware issue.

What kind of phone is it and is it a carrier phone or unlocked? Is it still under any sort of warranty? Do you have insurance?
