On my Samsung SM-G530H, (Android version 5.0.2), I am not able to access the Camera. I have tried different options mentioned in this forum (like, disabling the nuPlayer, force stop camera) etc.
I have taken a backup of the phone and reset to the factory default. Still no luck.
I have tried installing a Camera app, but it says the same error. Any idea. Patches are up to date as well (After the restore).
Any idea, what needs to be done?
