Camera on my ZTE Z933 not working

On my ZTE Z933 rear camera not working and my camera icon disappeared like it's never been on my phone at all. Can someone please help me tell me what I need to do to fix these problems

Does the trouble persist after a Power Off and Restart? If so, does it persist in Safe Mode?

And, if so, the camera has probably gone bad and has to be replaced. (Unless you've dropped the phone - that can cause the plug that connects the phone to the motherboard to pop off.)
