Camera Pics Disappeared!

I'm using Micromax Canvas 4 and last night I realised that I had no camera pics aur videos on my phone. I'm 100% sure that I didn't delete or transfer them somewhere else. Please help ASAP!

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have an external microSD inserted? Use a file manager app like ES File Explorer or Total Commander to search all storage areas for a folder called DCIM, which is where the camera stores pictures.

I have 2 DCIM folders. One in the internal storage which shows only 1 pic I clicked just now and another DCIM folder in the external storage which doesn't show any.

And you were looking in the DCIM/Camera folder, not just DCIM, correct?

Do you know if your camera was set to save pics to Internal Storage or to the external SD card by default? If it was the external SD, then unmount the card (under Settings/Storage), remove it, then insert it into your desktop or laptop. See if the computer can see the photos.

Saved by default in Internal Storage. Still did the remounting part but still not visible on phone or PC.
