Camera Rotation

For some reason, I can't figure out how to get the camera to rotate to take a picture in portrait. Obviously, I can take a picture with the phone upright, but it will not view in portrait as the camera is stuck in landscape. It appears my rotation is locked somehow because I can't even view a website in landscape. I check the notification center and the auto-rotate button is on. So i'm at a loss. Help anyone?

I would try going into settings and recalibrate the accelerometer.

if messing settings dont work, you can try the app "rotate" which can enable which rotation you want. portrait, landscape, auto, auto forced, forced p or l. and also specific app preferences.
