Camera Shortcuts Will Not Save

In the camera you can edit the shortcuts (4 icons at the top). To do this open the camera>settings>edit shortcuts.

Problem is that I am changing them but when I exit out of camera and come back, they are not saved. Can someone else try this to see if it is my phone or the Verizon version?

I'm having the same problem. Noticed it after the Verizon OTA update to Jelly Bean a week or 2 ago on my Galaxy S3. But, I don't think I tried changing this before the update so I don't know if the update caused it. Frustrating. I tried wiping the application data but that didn't fix the issue.
