Anyone e perience any issues with quick launching the camera, taking a picture and it will display the thumbnail but when I went to gallery to upload it to Facebook it wasn't there. I have my pictures going to a Samsung EVO 64gb SD Card. Any ideas? It only does this occasionally. One out of every 25 pictures.

I've had this happen, but just a few times. Not sure what causes it, but happens very infrequently for me

Same here. Have tested with quick launch and entering camera through app. Happens irregularly.

Yeah, it doesn't happen often. Was just wondering Deri g if it was a common issue others had.

I've had the same thing happen recently. It seems to have started in June this year. It happens every 20 pics or so... Normally I wouldn't be too upset, but a lot of my vacation pics didn't save 😠😠 Has anyone heard of a solution??

I'm having the same issue with mine. At first, I just thought I was getting forgetful and thinking I took a picture when I didn't, but I had it happen to me a couple of times today and it happened to one of my friends with their S7 over the weekend. I use my phone and camera primarily for work so I really can't afford to have it happen anymore!

So I emailed Samsung customer support and basically they told me to clear my cache and reset app preferences. I'll post the instructions they sent me below. We'll see what happens.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us at Samsung Technical Support. We always appreciate hearing from our customers.
