This is on a Nexus 5? That sounds pretty messed up, since the N5 obviously doesn't have an external SD slot. Are you rooted or unrooted? Have you tried rebooting, or wiping the cache partition? http://forums.androidcentral.com/nexus-5-rooting-roms-hacks/352008-guide-nexus-5-recovery.html

Yes Nexus 5! And no rooting or unrooting, when I rebooting it it become normal, but how to fix it for ever? and I wipe the case yesterday ! and now almost every app I open it it give a black screen ( fb,ask.FM ) what to do??

Something sounds fundamentally wrong with your phone. It might be an app that you installed that is interfering, or it could be some corruption of the firmware, or possibly a hardware problem. Try booting into Safe Mode, which disables all 3rd party apps, and see if the problem persists: Reset: Google Nexus 5 | T-Mobile Support. Steps are at the bottom of that article.
