Can all apps appear in multi screen?

Here's another shot.

The S7 Edge allows me to multiwindow all my apps. I'd expect the Note 8 to as well, since it's a native Android function.

You're S7 does NOT allow EVERY app to be used in multiwindow unless you know how to turn on developer options and activate "allow all windows to be resizable"...and i believe the question being asked about the "app pair" function, which is currently a Note 8 exclusive.

One of the first things I do on a phone is activate developer options and tweak stuff in there. Including animation speed and what not.

And the S7 shows all my apps as an option in the multiwindow so I may have turned it on. Some apps do give me a warning about might not work properly in multiwindow.

App pair was one of the questions. I only addressed multiwindow. The first question was if all apps can appear in multiwindow.

Yes it is the "app pair" function that I was asking when I wrote ""There is a "open 2 apps by pressing a button" function in Note 8." I did not know it was called "app pair" until this word appeared and I did more research.
Here is a photo of app pair button

I figured, I just wanted to make sure that the person asking the question knew that not all apps are compatible out of the box.

Does note 8 need to activate developer options for all apps to work in multiwindow?

I am a normal user and do not usually tweak any settings unnecessary, if there is anything to be tweaked do let me know.
