Call your carrier, they will know the correct PUK Code.

PUK is a security unlock code for your SIM card. If there was an easy way to bypass it there wouldn't make much sense using it. If you have lost the original card frame, where it comes the PUK, the only other way is contacting your carrier with a proof that you're the owner of that account.
