Just from what I remember from a quick read-through on XDA, but I think you have to flash a 4.4.2 kernel, root, then flash the 4.4.4 kernel, or something like that. Check on the XDA Forums Sprint Note 3 forums.

If you void the Knox counter, you void the phone's warranty.

Correct me if I am wrong, when you root any carrier supplied phone you void your warranty. That is the reason for getting GPE phone because Google encourages rooting. Am I wrong? please correct me.
