Can anyone help me with me with some Stock Rom issues I am having?

I just don't understand this

I bought HTC one m7 few days ago. It came with viperone rom that I didn't want to use. I tried to install the stock rom but I didn't really succeed. Now I can't even get off from the fastboot/boot loader so I guess I managed to delete something... I have no idea how I can install the stock rom, find the RUU, or do anything. I'm getting tired of this so if I can't get help from here I think I have to just throw it away because I can't get it working.
Right now my boot loader says: tampered, re locked, security warning and s-off. It has hboot 1.55. Please help me I just cannot figure out this by myself
