Can anyone help me with this?

Just curious as to how I got this message open. I was on the Google Home page and I somehow pressed something while I was opening my car and a menu came up that gave me options to open Pandora, Voice recorder and some other stuff. Any idea how to get that menu to come up?

Hold the home button down for approximately 2 seconds or so, and it will display your 6 most recent apps =)
