Welcome to Android Central! The best thing to do is to swipe down the notification panel and look at the details of the notification there. If this isn't your phone, then you can tell the owner to do that. If the owner is not willing to do that, or if you feel that you can't ask the owner that, then we can't help you -- that would be an invasion of privacy.
