Can I acces the Cloud on my computer?

Okay so I have cloud on my phone, and the pictures automatically back up, but I broke my phone and it wont let me get into my phone but I need a new phone but I don't want to lose all my pictures. Please help. I don't know what to do. Can I access cloud on my computer for my Lg g2?

You need to know your cloud account (Google Drive, Dropbox, Box ... there are a number of companies offering cloud accounts), the login or email address (depending on the account) and the password. Go to it with a web browser and you should be able to see and download all your files. When you get your new G2, set it up the same way - a cloud app if the old phone used one, or the Google account in the phone if not.
