Can I add an app to my App Shortcuts widget?

I attached a screenshot of my App Shortcuts screen. This is the screen that appears when I turn the bezel one click clockwise from the home screen. I believe the screen contains recent apps, but is there a way to permanently move an app to the App Shortcuts screen? For example, I placed my Timer app first in my app list, but I'd like to have it appear in the shortcuts permanently. Thanks.

Turn bezel clockwise, to the end and the plus sign that reads "add widget".
Touch and hold screen to edit shortcuts. Place the app shortcuts you desire.

Widgets can be reordered on the watch or in the Galaxy Wearable app.
