can i answer the phone with the dial pad AUTOMATICALLY showing, with an s8+, as well as the note 8?

my brokerage has a fairly high volume of in-coming calls that approx. 10 of us reach for.
it's first come, first serve as to who gets the call by answering their cell and pressing the number 1, first.
everyone has an iphone (f. that) and i need to bypass the 2nd step of having to hit the dialpad icon, with, instead, the dialpad ALWAYS coming up automatically when answering the phone (with a single tap) and then hitting 1, rather than 1.. answering, 2.. tapping the dialpad icon and 3.. hitting 1.
is this possible?

any other ideas on speeding up the answering process? ( i already reduced the "click after pointer stops" in "dexterity and interaction", inside of " accessability" to the shortest possible delay at 200 ms. -- i dunno if that will even make a difference in speeding things up.)

You can turn off animations to make it even faster. Also, you can use a macro app like tasker that will automatically click the dial pad icon for you once it comes up on answering but not sure if that will be faster or if muscle memory speed can outpace that.
