Can I change networking to fixed IP address?

Not sure if this is a Thrive specific issue or not. I can not find anyplace to change the network settings from dynamic to static IP address. Google search reveals for Honeycomb it should be under: Settings > Network > Advanced ... but there is nothing there other than telling me what ip I have and the mac address.

Any guidance ???
