Can I charge Nexus 5 with a Samsung charger?

I bought Nexus 5 from US. In home I charge using the nexus 5 charger(5V, 1.2Amps), but I dont have one in office, so instead can I charge my Nexus 5 with a Samsung charger(5V, 0.7Amps)? Is there any harm to the phone in doing so..?

It may charge a little slower but it won't hurt the phone.

I haven't had a problem using charger from my galaxy nexus--or any usb/wall wart.

yes. As long as it is a microUSB charger outputting 5v, you can use it. The ampere rating will dictate how fast it will charge
