It's done already, go to any photo, open it up touch it, then to top right touch the 3 dots, then scan down to the bottom of list. Then details. Date and time there.

Good info, I didn't know that. I'm guessing though, that the OP probably meant watermarking the date/time onto the photo (used to be done frequently for say, real estate agents).

If so, there are a lot of apps in the Google Play Store that purport to do that -- just search for "watermark photo date". I haven't tried any though. If that wasn't what you meant, please clarify.
