Can I disable this from showing?

I am ridiculously anal about having things in my notification bar. I just moved up from an S3 and I was able to disable this on that phone but I can't figure out if I can on my note. Any ideas?

go into the application manager and search for pagebuddy notisvc and turn it off

Won't it just start up again on a reboot?

I didn't know about this feature. Thanks. I use Wanam with Xposed to disable it. That requires root.
