can i flash Samsung s4 I9500 to be i19505

Dir. friend:
I have Samsung s4 I95 00 if I flashing it can I upgrade it to I 9505 so I am using 3 network in UK that is supported 4G network ,for the time been I can’t change it because there is no money in this time.
So what is the best way to have good and fast internet on this mobile at this time because I make tethering network for my laptop all time.
If you have any best and chip internet in the UK please heple me too

The 9505 has a radio in it that the 9500 doesn't, so it's a matter of changing the motherboard, not flashing the phone. (And since the motherboard probably won't fit the frame, changing the frame too. Which would probably mean changing the camera, speaker, earphone and mics.) Buying a 9505 would be cheaper, and you wouldn't be risking breaking something.
