Can I flash this on UK Ultra

Hey folks

Im in UK and the 1.15 update with 2nd'ary display notifications and improved battery life still hasnt arrived OTA yet, but I came across this link on XDA:

Does anyone know if this will work on a UK unbranded U Ultra..

Ive tried to download this file 3 times and unpoacked with both winrar and 7-zip... each time theyre corrupt, so its a no go, waiting for the OTA to arrive
