Need a Manual Fix for Camera Settings on Samsung Galaxy S4
I have just acquired a Samsung Galaxy S4. The camera may be 13mp, but it is not user-friendly. Its AUTO setting is overexposed, too. Question 1re Camera Settings After turning off Anti-Shake, I have tried altering the ISO, White Balance, and Exposure Value manually, but it reverts to AUTO! There is no 'Save' button for the settings. Question 2 I've also tried the modes, which are on a carousel and too slow (my model doesn't seem to have another way of display, or I can't find it). The only one worth using is Rich Tone, but you have to keep setting it. It goes back to AUTO as well! Samsung's 'Live Chat' feature couldn't answer my questions (I think it's a robot), so I'm hoping a real person out there can help me. Thank you.
