i don't think so. You need to be on AT&T's network, or a subsidiary. H2O uses the AT&T network, but is not affiliated with them.

Right. I think you can get updates if you're on a subsidiary -- but not having had the experience, I can't say that with 100% certainty.

i will go to usa next month to live about 1 year but at&t is expensive for me .so i want to buy h2o .about 30$ a month
