Can I get some help installing .APK on my Note 3?

I don't undestand why my note 3 can't install .apk

hello.
while trying the installation of an .apk app, I get the message "unfortunately, Package installer has stopped". and I can't move forward.
I have already authorized the installation from unknown source, but it stops the same. Please note that some friend of mine can install the same app easily.

Thank you! Yes. Moreover I can say I have already successfully downloaded 2 previous versions of the same app. Really I can't understand..

Maybe a reboot and trying to I stall it again?

Unfortunately I already tried both. The strange thing is that I can't find where to debug this situation.
