Numerous problems with Galaxy 3 the last few months

I've had numerous problems such as at times not being able to call out or text for brief periods of time. Had an incoming call once but couldn't see the call, screen was black and wouldn't come on until after the call. Then it showed the missed call. A few weeks ago the notification came up saying SD card being removed unexpectedly, being restored. Also showing a lot of data usage, most data space is used up for memory card and internal memory but it doesn't show where it's used on the phone. Tried to do app updates thinking that may be the problem, but all failed saying error. Thanks

Hello. Are you storing some app data on the sd card?
It sounds like the sd card is on the way out. That's typical of the issue.

Move app data back to internal via Applications Manager and save sd card media to a pc. Then you can address your space issue without a card, which should also improve the other problems.
