Can I get some help with a headphone problem?

Headphones problem please help

I have Gigabyte Gsmart Arty A3 and problem is that i am listening music and every time when i turn up volume to max headphones disconnect from my phone and if i pres play music plays in speaker not my headphones even i have headphones plugged in. And when i turn music down it starts play in headphones. Please help me, problem is anoying becouse it hapends to all headphones i use and mysticaly if the bass is little bit bigger then it hapends again.

Maybe it's a health thing security you know on other device you are prompted with a warning maybe your device disconnects automatically

No, it says that and i press ok and then i can turn up volume to max and i turn and still that problem, but tnx for support
