Problem showing type of mobile network in network operators list

After last update i can not see a type of mobile network while scanning them in settings - More networks - mobile networks - network operators.
I can only see the name of the mobile operator without type of mobile network. Before last update I saw the name of the network and the network type (eg. 2G, 3G...)

Model number: SM-G900F
Baseband version: G900FXXU1BOE5
SE for Andriod status: Enforcing SEPF_G900F_5.0_0022 Tue Jun 23 14:06 2015
Kernel version: 3.4.0-4920185
Country: Serbia

Hello and welcome to Android Central spavac! :)

I am also on the OE5 firmware but for the U.K. It also just shows the operators with no reference to signal bands. As far as I know, it has always been this way on the last 5 Lollipop updates I have received.

Re: Problem showing type of mobile network in network operators list

if there is an application that can display the available networks and network type?
In my area there is still no 4g lte network but should be available in a few days, How do I check on my phone when the 4g network is available?

Either, look at your status bar which will display, "LTE", or install. free from the Play Store, Network Signal Info

Re: Problem showing type of mobile network in network operators list

Thanks for information. my problem is a little more complicated.
I currently have a SIM card that can't be connected to the 4g network, my provider is required to change the tariff to get a SIM card that can be connected to the 4g network. But I want to before that to make sure i have coverage of 4G networks. Is there a way to check this on the phone?

Yes you can download Open Signal from the Play store. https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...s?id=com.staircase3.opensignal&token=fDmamkDY
