Can I get some help with G4 pairing to Bose wave?

Help with G4 pairing to Bose wave

Unpaired from previous phone. Tried resetting both phone and Bose. Turning off and on. Blue tooth is in discovery mode on both. Visible to Bose. It will pair up with my risky dink cheap blue tooth speakers. Any help appreciated.
