Issues With Data Connetion and Calling after Wifi Signal is Lost

When I leave an area where I was connected to wifi my phone will not reconnect to 4G and will not make or receive a call. Sometimes it crashes completely to the point where it wont even power on for an extended period of time. This was happening once every few days now it happens nearly every single time I get out of wifi range.. The only way to regain data connection or be able to make a call is to cycle the power. I have tried switching networks from Global to LTE/CDMA with no change. I activated Advanced Calling as well with no change.

Please help!
