Can I have my ringtone volume setting change based on time of day or location?

I want to know if there is any way on a galaxy note 5 that i have it set up that my ringtone volume will automatically go from some volume to vibrate only based on either where i am or time of the day. Is this possible via some secret settings I'm not aware of, or are there any apps capable of doing this?
