can I hear audio through my mobile's receiver

Hi my mobile is Samsung j7. .. i hear some speaker crackling in my mobile receiver when im in call. So can i able to check my receiver faulty by bypassing my audio files to receiver?? Thank u

If you're hearing the crackling through the earpiece speaker, see if it also crackles when you change to speakerphone, or use a wired or Bluetooth headset. If the crackling only happens through the earpiece speaker, then it might be damaged.
