This is not currently possible.

The minimum system requirements for the Windows 10 Technical Preview set a relatively low bar.

Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster
RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit)
Free hard disk space: 16 GB
Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver
A Microsoft account and Internet access

Windows 10 for Mobile may eventually support android devices... There has been some talk of Microsoft releasing ROM's for existing android phones and tablets, but so far there has been no official announcements.

Have there been any updates? I have the Samsung View and it would be awesome to be able to run Windows 10 on it. Email me directly as I'm not watching the feed as much.
