I can't figure out how to decline - given all the problems (and that my phone is running great right now) I'd rather stick with 11 until 12 is sorted out.

It's only giving me the options in the screenshot below. I've turned off all auto update settings I can find.

Any way to avoid this for a while longer?

If you tap on Schedule Install then how far into the future does it let you defer the install? And does it check again when it comes to that point and can be deferred again?

Nope, only hours. And no chance to defer.

If I have to do it I'll do it today when I'm off work, but I really, really, REALLY don't want it...

What problems? I got it on my AT&T S20 FE and have no issues at all.

So make sure Knox is toggle on , activate device administrator both then tap app manager >in search bar like my screenshot type software there should be 2 >tap each one and prevent go back out then in make sure it's disabled for both like my screenshot Screenshot_20220117-144219_Settings.jpgScreenshot_20220117-143838_Alliance%20Shield%20X.jpgScreenshot_20220117-144005_Alliance%20Shield%20X.jpg

Won't let me disable either software app - just this "there is an error" when I tap it.

I guess I'm stuck with it. :(

When I search software as you suggest, this is what I get without a choice to enable.

I tap, and get this.

I'm clearly missing a step somewhere....
