can i remotely shut off my password to enter phone

phone is password protected and its broken and I cannot see screen need to by pass password so I can download all my information into the new phone. it was never backed up.

Which phone was never backed up the one that's broken right now? For the new one, and you're saying the screen is broken and you can't see anything at all I have no idea how to get through that you're going to have to call tech support call your wireless carrier or whatever type of phone you have like if you have a droid Google droid Android phone number for tech support and they should be able to reset it for you for your account but I mean they should be all the shut the password off so you can get into it please contact pictures and everything transferred to your new phone and depending on your phone you can use a USB cable plug it in where you charge your phone and then plug the USB and into a laptop and then you can see everything that's on your phone on your computer screen back it up that way and then take the new phone plug it in and download all the stuff on to the new phone but your best bet is calling tech support they might have a simpler way I've never run into that problem thing I can think of hope i helped you out man have a good one
