Can I stop receiving msgs that were resend by a contact ?

I don't want to block the person. The normal msgs are no trouble, I just want to quit the spam msgs that the contact resend to all of his contacts. Is it possible?
Maybe there is a way to take my name of his "resend list".

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure they're being resent on purpose? It's a common glitch that sometimes, SMS messages get sent as duplicates by the system. It happens on all networks.

What kind of SPAM messages? Have you asked the contact about them?

Maybe they have a rogue app that is sending SPAM. Maybe you are included as part of a group SMS and he can remove you from the group...
