Can I sync music from PC while having Google Play Music active, on Android?

Hi guys,

After 4 years with iPhone (6s and 8plus), I have decided it's about time to make a change. So I went to my carrier's office and I preorderd a Note 10+ with subscription extension for 2 years...
Now the thing that bugs me is that I have this fear from using my iphone. When I wanted to put a song from the PC to the iphone, I had to disable all my Apple music and sync in itunes and then re-download all my Apple music albums etc....
Is this available on Android, too? Or can I have Google Play Music subscription with downloaded albums and still drag and drop music from my PC and sync it like any respectable Android phone? :)

Thank you!

You have many more options with Android. You can copy music directly from your PC to your phone, and then use the app of your choice to play it back.

As far as Google Play Music, you can upload 50,000 of your personal songs into Google Play Music for free. You can then download your music using Google Play Music onto your phone, and be able to play your music from your phone without using data.

I'm guessing most here will have a third party app that they prefer, one that has more features than Google Play Music, and to directly download the music to the phone -- or copy it directly to an SD card that you use in your phone.

I don't do much between Pc to Phones, but do you know if her pc has bluetooth, perhaps she can transfer music that way as well, to her new Samsung? Just a thought. I would think it would work (?)

Actually, my question was a little bit different.
Let's suppose I want to upload a song from PC to my iphone. I can not do that untill I disable Apple Music Library from settings (and after I upload the song from PC and sync it, I have to redownload all my Apple Music Library albums ...).
On Android, i know there is Google Play Music which is basically "the same" as Apple Music, just for Android. Can I connect my phone (android) to the pc an drag and drop songs to music folder and see them in my phone library, together with the music that I download from Google Play Music subscription, without disabling anything? ...

Yes. I drag and drop music all the time, and I have no issues with that plus downloads from Amazon or Google. I have never had to disable anything.
