Can I transfer my app/games from one memory card to another? Or keep them on my phone?

My memory card is full but I want to keep the games on my phone for my son.

For that you need to use a pc and clone your SD card into a new one.

Additional, you can find in google some useful guidelines, is easy task actually,you can try witht he copy paste too usinng a pc.
Select all the memory content, paste it on any of your pc folders and paste it back to the new SD card

You can sync and backup your game info and just reinstall them later. Google should save all game info and progress. I've tried it when I was switching phones and it worked well.
