Hi.
I recently bought a second generation HDMI Chromecast. I don't watch TV but I wanted to watch YouTube and Netflix from the bed on a big screen, so I ended up buying a 24 inches Philco.
I installed and configured the Chromecast device without problem, it is currently the only source the TV is feeding from.
Both YouTube and Netflix works really well, I am impressed, but I also can see it's using a lot of bandwidth compared to "before", specially on 1080p YouTube videos.
Since I have a 6mb DSL, the internet on both the phone and computer kinda keeps lagged while it's streaming, and even when I stop it I have to wait one or two minutes the internet to work ok.
I understand it's streaming on a bigger screen, passing through the Chromecast, using the phone as a remote; there's a lot of things involved compared to when you watch a video on a browser in the computer or the phone; so, I would like to know if there is a way to make use of the 4G data plan I have, so at least I can use the phone with internet, so if I use it while I'm watching something on the TV, it doesn't "take" bandwidth from the wifi it is using to stream.
My phone it's a Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime.
Hope I was clear enough, thanks in advance.
