Can I use my prepaid Verizon Moto E on a MVNO?

Hi, I bought a Moto E Verizon prepaid at Best Buy last Black Friday for $10 and I've been trying to find an MVNO that supports the phone, but EVERY service I have checked declines the IMEI. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is it possible to use prepaid Verizon phones on other networks? Thanks
