Can I use the s9+ as a webcam?

I was hoping with such a gorgeous camera I could get rid of my shabby webcam for tutorial recordings on my laptop but I can't seem to find a way to connect the device as a webcam.

So in short, can I use my s9 as a webcam on my laptop?

Any ideas?
