Can not enter any apn settings after android 8 update

My LG V20 updated to Android 8 (which wiped my apn settings). When I select the apn tab a blank page appears with no apn info showing at all. No fields to fill in under apn settings! Needless to say I can't call or text!!! Help please

Did you try a factory reset? It's recommended that you clear the system cache and or do a full factory reset after an update due to system files getting screwed up.
